Horses are brought under the saddle at the age of two and tested for their ability as race-, dressage-, and endurance horse. A true example of this philosophy is the grey stallion Tron (Nabeg x Teberda), born at Tersk Stud in Russia, he raced in Russia at the age of two and three; after his importation in Holland, he was trained by Mrs. Erny den Hartog for dressage; he was several times National and International Champion under the saddle; even in the National Championships under the saddle he came on the 4th place, with tough competion with warmblood sporthorses.
